I am excellent at holding a space of acceptance and support where awareness can enter unexplored areas of the psyche, thus cultivating the basis for deep transformation to occur. My intuitive gifts help me sense things which can yield powerful directions for a session to take. I’m great at receiving and holding strong emotions, while bringing a playfulness that can help to free energy up through lightness and laughter. 

With excellent listening skills, I put the client as the center of my focus, following their lead, seeing them as the expert in their own experience and inner state, while using my expertise to help guide the client in supportive and possibly challenging ways.

I hold a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and I am a graduate of the Radical Aliveness/CORE Energetics Institute, a body-based approach to feeling, expressing and healing. I continue to follow my path toward self-love, self-expression, self-realization and truth.
